Annual General Meeting 2010 (notice)
The Minor Metals Trade Association's annual general meeting (AGM) has been called for 27 April 2010, as members have previously been informed.
The meeting will start at 15:30 and take place at the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, UK (map) where the MMTA's International Minor Metals Conference is held this year. The meeting is open to all MMTA members (not just conference attendees). Non-members will not be admited unless they receive explicit permission beforehand.
Business will include:
- 1) Chairman's and sub-committees' reports on the MMTA's work and developments since the last AGM (April 26 2009).
- 2) A financial report for the financial year ending December 2009 and a budget for the current financial year, including approval and remuneration of an auditor and other servants of the association.
- 3) Election of officers and members of the Committee. Any employee of an MMTA member company may stand for election to the Committee. New nominations are always welcome.
4) Any other business raised by an MMTA member.
To stand for election members must inform the Executive before or during the AGM. If members are not able to attend but have a question or topic to be discussed at the meeting they should contact the Executive by April 26th.
