Other Notes
Other elements All other elements should be each 0.10% max, with the exception of Fe. Unless contracted at the time of negotiation, other elements above do not give Buyer right to reject and may only form the basis for further discussion in the event material assays. outside of these maximum levels.

Inspection Schedule
Open all containers, note any different markings, forms or indications of heterogeneity.
Sampling Schedule
If there are no indications of material heterogeneity then sample on an incremental basis of 10 MT sub lots. If heterogeneity is suspected select the incremental groups accordingly but in sub-lots of 10 MT or less. Each open drum should be sampled from top to bottom using a sample spear, the increments thoroughly mixed and reduced to bulk sample size.
Sample Preparation
The bulk samples is further prepared by drying, screening, size reduction to produce a quality sample. The laboratory would normally determine the oil content on the quality sample. Where heterogeneity has been observed, or if necessary, the sub lots can be prepared individually as opposed to creating a composite sample.
